Learn all things basework related around the pole. From Jessica’s notorious headstands, kips and dynamic flow, be sure to fall in love with the art of basework. We will focus on the stability and fluidity of movement, the key components of headstands and producing show-stopping combos. Open to all levels, must have experience in pole dancing. 

Knee pads are advised, heels can be work. Pole is required for this class. Movement and tricks can be modified to all levels.
